The main characteristics of the disc valves with double eccentricity of the BK-992 series:
- DN 50-1600 mm
- PN 1.0-4.0 MPa
- Purpose: for installation as a shut-off and/or regulating device on pipelines.
- Working environment: cold, hot, sea, fresh water, air without oil impurities, alkalis, weak acids, alcohol, inert media, steam, oil, petroleum products, aggressive and super-aggressive media.
- Cuff material: EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), lamellar metal-graphite.
- Working environment temperature: from -60 to +550 Deg.C (different sealing materials for different operating temperatures and environments).
- Climatic version according to GOST 15150-69: Y, XL
- Tightness class according to GOST 9544-93: class A (without visible leaks).
- Control: manual via gearbox, electric drive.
- Connection to the pipeline: flanged (coupling), flanged, welded.
